I have used Stemicath for primary angioplasty of a patient with ostial LAD occlusion and 3 hours of chest pain. The device used for thrombus extraction was very simple to use and we got excellent result with good amount of thrombus extracted. subsequently however there was only 30% lesion left in proximal LAD.
